The project Exclusive residences Schinkelplatz is located in the heart of Berlin. Here, the Brandenburg Gate becomes the entrance to the private residential environment and the magnificent boulevard Unter den Linden the right of way. With Exclusive residences, FRANKONIA Eurobau AG has created what is probably the best alternative to a luxury hotel. The central element is the room-high, wall-flush INTRA UZ-ALU model with aluminium bottom frame. The doors blend seamlessly into the architecture and interior design of the residences and are also used as apartment entrance doors, as well as in fire and noise protection versions.
