Pivot front doors
Since 2019 part of the ComTür portfolio: Pivot entrance doors set new standards in appearance, engineering, and dimensions. High-quality pivot systems ensure smooth and precise opening and closing – even with door leaf weights of up to 500 kg. The surface finishes are individually coordinated with the façade and interior design.

ComTür has developed a special, durable frame system for its pivot entrance doors:
System CIRCUM – flush door leaf on both sides, 106-118mm thickness
Frame construction: Multi-laminated, warp-resistant solid wood frame with additional surface layers.
- Frame thickness 110–122 mm
- Frame width 80 mm
- Surface finish to match the door leaf; standard version with visible surfaces in RAL 9005

Depending on the door leaf weight (height and width) and functional requirements, the following hardware options are available:
- BASIC (up to 350 kg) – 90° / 0° / -90° hold-open positions, manual operation with light self-closing assistance
- TURBO-XL (up to 200 kg) – 90° / 0° / -90° hold-open positions, self-closing with closing/opening damping + latch control
- POWER-XL (up to 350 kg) – 90° / 0° / -90° hold-open positions, self-closing with closing/opening damping + latch control

Our pivot entrance doors can be equipped on the lock side with the following security locking systems:
- 5-point security locking system with five locking points
- 3-point Secury automatic locking system (electrically controllable; latches lock automatically)

The innovative pivot fittings make it possible to realize entrance doors in impressive dimensions and with exceptional weight. This opens up a wide variety of surface finishes and design options, giving you the freedom to create a spacious and highly individual entrance area.
The design of the pivot entrance doors is largely defined by the formats of the respective surface materials, such as PVD stainless steel, reclaimed original wood, or Corten steel. Depending on the material and door leaf dimensions, one or several panels are used.

CT-LOTUS surface selection
The CT-LOTUS special coating is an innovative coating system for durable and easy-care colour surfaces. Its fine pearl structure is extremely resistant and water-repellent. Feel free to take advantage of our comprehensive sampling service.
The LOTUS surfaces are available in all colours, e.g. according to RAL, Farrow & Ball, PANTONE or other colour charts.

CT-PROTECT surface selection
Depending on local conditions or design requirements, a highly durable paint system is recommended to protect the natural wood surface. CT-PROTECT preserves the natural structure of your front door and is characterised by its high hardness and scratch resistance. The paint system protects the surface against discolouration and UV radiation and is water-resistant.

The INTEGRAL handle module, developed in-house, is the perfect match for our pivot doors. It can be customised in terms of size and finish to suit the door design.
- Finish: RAL-coated, veneer finish, stainless steel PVD, etc.
- Design/length: sizes S/M/L (depending on design requirements)
- Features: integrated lighting with motion sensor available on request.
Of course, a wide variety of push bar handle options are also available (see below for a small selection). For the inside of the door, take inspiration from the wide range of handles in our interior door range.

Access control systems
Front door access systems
Imagine your front door opening and locking automatically without a key. This is made possible by ComTür's electronically controlled multi-point locking system in combination with a control system such as fingerprint, numerical code, Bluetooth, or handheld transmitter.
The advantages for you:
- Impossible to lock yourself out – your finger is always with you
- No lost or stolen keys
- Maximum protection against forgery thanks to live detection
- No possibility of passing on access authorization (e.g., card or key)
- Combination with smart home systems
On request, you can combine the control system with an automatic swing door drive, which opens and closes your front door automatically. Top door closing systems (with and without hold-open devices) are available on request to keep the door open.
