Unlimited design options
Thanks to their innovative fittings, pivot doors work both inside and out, and even with oversized doors. A vast range of surfaces is available for them – including glass, reclaimed old wood, stone or steel. Of course, beautiful veneers, special RAL shades, or a design from the ComTür modern internal doors, style doors, and front doors product lines are also possible.
SVING – the internal pivot door
A new form of room design
Doors no longer simply play a functional role. More and more frequently they are also used as an exclusive design element for interiors. Pivot doors represent design with a cultured, beautiful appearance. They are invisible when closed, but offer a spatial effect as soon as they are opened.
SVING – internal pivot door with glass and wood
ComTür reinvents the loft door, combining the pivot door system with glass and effect-lacquered wooden frames. The result is transparent eye-catchers that offer a warm character. There are plenty of customization options when it comes to the layout and division of the glass strips and the surface of the wooden frame – whether in a black steel finish, with effect lacquer, or as a natural wooden surface to match the floor.
CIRCUM – the pivot front door
Doors as façade design elements
A new innovation in the world of front doors: Our innovative pivot fittings enable front doors to be made bigger and heavier, opening up a vast number of surface finishes for your designs. CIRCUM gives you more options than almost any other model for customizing your entrance area and making it as generously dimensioned as you would like. If the door is lined up surface-flush with the façade then it is even possible to continue the material of the door skin on the frame and façade.
The so-called tritherm technology used in the pivot doors allows flexible coating of the outside of the door with a wide range of different materials, including PVD coated stainless steel, weathering steel, reclaimed old wood, stone, copper, or glass. Design your own entrance area exactly how you would like it to be.
You can do this with special materials that combine a unique appearance with an exceptional feel to the touch. Ceramics, stone, glass, copper, reclaimed old wood, weathering steel or PVD coated stainless steel. A small selection of possible variants is shown below.
