The residential project meerGlück in Mannheim was planned and realised by a construction group of six families in close coordination with motorplan Architekten. In addition to the communal areas (multi-purpose room, music room & roof terrace), six flats had to be equipped with individual interior fittings and floor plans.
For the design of the staircase, exposed concrete was to be in the foreground. Therefore, a door construction consisting of the flush-mounted INTRA model and a half frame was developed with the architects for the entrance and functional doors (including RC3 burglary protection doors and T30 fire protection elements). The elements with a high-quality rubbed lacquer finish were painted in RAL 7044 silk grey on the outside and in RAL 9016 traffic white on the inside to match the interior doors (flush-mounted PLANO & INTRA models).
