Object doors for climate control
Design
Due to the effects of the climate, wood used as the door material can warp. This can happen on apartment entrance doors, front doors, or wet room doors that are exposed to different climatic conditions on the inside and outside (e.g. warm/dry inside – cold/damp outside). Object doors for climate control (classes KK2/KK3) feature special designs to counter these deformation effects. Under extreme conditions we also recommend using our special types of object doors for damp rooms (FR-type doors) or wet rooms (NR-type doors).
